A collection of paintings by renowned Chinese artist Liu Danzhai, which were originally commissioned to appear on postage stamps and philatelic commemoratives. Liu Danzhai (1931–2011) was born in Wenzhou, Zhekiang Province, in China, and as a child developed a talent for drawing. At age ten, his works were already being exhibited, building his reputation as a child prodigy.
