Description

Born in Beijing in 1969, Liu Zhong enjoyed drawing and painting since childhood, and his deep love of nature is manifested in his works. In 1983, he was awarded a prize for excellence in the Fourth World's Competition of Children's Arts held in Finland. He is known for his vivid style and, although he specializes in nature subjects such as animals, flowers and landscapes, he is also gifted in portraying the human figure. Liu Zhong has won numerous awards and his works have been displayed in exhibitions in China and abroad.
